Our experienced presenter sets up over 50 interactive Science and Technology based activities in your hall or multi-purpose space
Every activity has easy to follow instructions and a NEW graded question card making each session a guided discovery lesson.
Students can create, invent and improve their overall thinking skills in a fun and educational way.

On arrival to the hall or multi-purpose space, students are placed in pairs.
As safety is of paramount importance, the presenter offers a short safety and instructional presentation of how the 75 minute session will run.
Following the presentation the students are then free to move around at their own pace to explore each activity zone.
We understand every school has a different timetable, so sessions can be customised from 40 to 75 minute durations. We are also flexible to accommodate up to 4 session in one day if required.
A minimum of 10 minutes is required between sessions to reset activities and to perform a hygienic cleaning of some activity zone areas.
We provide Risk Assessment, Public Liability and Blue Card Presenters.
FAQ
“Is there a target age group for this program?”
The target area for the Science Factory Expo is Prep to year 6.
“Do we need teachers to support any session?”
We request that Prep and year 1 students have support for safety and care of the resources, we find by placing a senior student at every table works best. Class teachers then float to assist students.
"How much room do we need?"
The 50 activities are set up in a convenient area such as a hall or multi-purpose space; Large enough to accommodate 20 trestle tables and space for floor activities.
"What do we need to supply?"
We require 20 trestle tables or a mix of smaller tables to accommodate 30 table activities.
"Do we need to print anything?"
No.The Science Factory Expo is paperless and if required provide all their own materials.
"How long are the sessions?"
We run 3 x 75 minute sessions daily. Shorter sessions are arranged to accommodate the reward and celebration day events.
"How many students can attend each session?"
Each session can accommodate 3 to 4 classes and up to 100 students when required. Smaller size session can be arranged, please contact our friendly office for more details.
"How to we promote the Science Factory Expo?"
We send you a complete marketing pack with posters for every classroom attending to promote your up-coming event.
"How much does it cost?"
We charge $9 per student (Including GST). The GST component is fully refundable to the school.
